Description

The Piece Hall Gin brings the history of this unique Grade 1 listed building and its sunning Yorkshire surroundings to the tastebuds. Eleven carefully selected botanicals including: turmeric, dandelion root, sheep sorrel, heather flowers, marigold petals and elderberries; all reflect the heritage of the last remaining Georgian cloth hall. Among them, plum and turmeric used in the wool dying process; alongside heather and dandelion, which echo the spectacular Yorkshire landscape.

The distillation process to create this dry gin uses all 11 carefully researched and selected botanicals in our copper still, beautifully blended with exceptionally pure water of the Pennines and the finest grain spirit. The result is a wonderful dry gin with a burst of juniper berries, dandelion and a sweet plum finish.

The Piece Hall London Dry Gin has been perfected over the last 2 years using research from the cloth hall archives at Bradford University.
