BILBERRY BUMBLEBEE COCKTAIL:
50ml SP8 Bilberry Gin
1tsp Cherry Liqueur
1tsp Crème de Violette
Juice of one freshly squeezed lemon
Place all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and pour over crushed ice. Garnish with a mint and fresh bilberries.
Tip: Freeze your bilberries the night before for fruit ice cubes.
