RHUBARB & GINGER FIZZ COCKTAL:
50ml SP8 Rhubarb Gin
Ginger Ale
50ml Champagne
Pour over ice-cubes and garnish with rosemary and rhubarb.
Tip: Save a little Ginger-Ale to freeze in to ice cubes.
