Flavoured by locally grown rhubarb, which is placed in to a traditional fruit press to extract the juice and blended with our Speight’s Dry Gin. This process produces an alluring pink gin, that is voluptuous on the palate, with a sweet and tangy rhubarb explosion.
Serve with Ginger Ale & Orange Peel
50ml SP8 Rhubarb Gin
Pour over ice-cubes and garnish with rosemary and rhubarb.
Tip: Save a little Ginger-Ale to freeze in to ice cubes.
